About the Staff

Kathleen Hogue was one of the founding partners of MEDIFORM in 1979.  She designed all company operations systems, and expanded the company focus to include services to business owners, trust officers and attorneys.  As a direct result of her experience at Mediform, Kathy co-authored The Complete Guide to Health Insurance, published in 1988.

Vivian Schodowski has worked in sales and customer service in a large insurance company, and as a benefit analyst for brokerage and consulting firms.  Vivian's comprehensive knowledge of group health, disability and retiree coverage brings a fuller dimension to the services offered by Mediform.

The Mediform staff is available as guest speakers for employee seminars, senior centers and support groups of all types.  Their unique perspective lends new clarity to topics such as managed care, nursing home costs and Medicare drug plans.
